In a Hurry?

What is the message?
Who is the audience?
Where will it be seen?
What format do you need it in?
When can we start?
What's the budget?
How much?

How We Do It

This typically involves a discussion with your Marketing team, to work out who the target audience is for your video, what is the purpose of it and what are the key messages that the video needs to get across for you.

The Mechanics

A video commission with Style Video works like this

You give us a call having determined that you are thinking of making a corporate video

We will arrange a suitable time to come and talk to you about what you are hoping to achieve from it.

Step 1

Questions questions questions
  • Who will watch it?
  • What message do you want to portray?
  • When will it be showcased? (often at a conference or exhibition)
  • Who is likely to use it and in what situation?

Formats
  • Will it be used on sales people’s laptops, PDAs, iPods?
  • Are you going to put a version on your own, or a partner’s web site?
  • Will you want to email it to prospects without killing their email server?

Video can have a voice over in multiple languages for use around the world and increase its’ impact for your channel partners, agents or overseas customers.

We will show you some examples of our work and what they cost the Client to produce. This will give you a measure of likely costs and budgets.

If this all sounds up your street and you want to move to the next step and there is a budget for you to produce a video then no doubt you will want to meet up with us and we with you.

Step 2

At this meeting we will want to have an understanding of your business and will ask to see your new customer/prospect presentation (no really) and have a tour of your facility to get a feel for what will make good TV. We will also ask to meet any big cheese that may wish to be on the video, to see how they would look on camera.

From this our creative team will be able to draft a simple storyboard and some budget pricing with some options such as 3d animations, high crane shots etc whatever might make a good video great.

This will come to you as our draft proposal
